The view menu lets you show or hide hands on the screen, view the bidding flowcharts, an interpretation of the current evaluation, or an evaluation of the current hand. Hands... This option brings up a dialog box which lets you specify which hands are to be visible on the screen. All Hands This option is a makes all four hands visible on the screen. Bidding Flowcharts This takes you to the bidding flowcharts, which show how the BRIDGE BARON decides on its bids. Select a flowchart by double clicking on its title. Move around the flowchart by clicking on the scroll bars or the boxes that make up the flowchart. Clicking on a flowchart box moves that box to the center of the window, and clicking on a `Y' or `N' selects the next box in that direction as the central box. If it is your turn to bid, the relevant flowchart is surrounded by double arrows (for example: >> Opener's Rebid << ). If you select the highlighted flowchart, the currently applicable `Y' or `N' response for each box is highlighted in black. Hand Evaluation This option is only available during the auction. It provides a full explanation of the way BRIDGE BARON evaluates its hand. Auction Interpretation This option is only avaliable during the auction. Each hand is replaced on the screen by a table showing the point count and suit lengths indicated by the bidding.
